The Laurel Recreation Association oversees youth sports from grades K - 6. All board members serve as volunteers and meet the first Monday of every month at 8:00 pm at Christ United Church, 3727 State Route 388, New Castle, PA. 16101. Summer meetings during the months of May, June & July are held at Spartan Park in the Main Pavillion.
